Overall everything was fine. Maybe try a room thats on the other side of the hotel, not the one accross the bar.
Everything was clean. All staff were very accommodating. Location is accessible to everywhere
Loud noise of the aircon together with the loud music from bar next door, at some point it was unbearable.

The bar or club nearby at the back of the hotel is very noisy with loud music that lasted until 4-5am we never had sleep. I don’t know if it’s about the festival or it’s a daily occurrence.

Its nice this is my 5th time checking in and definitely will go back
Clean and the staff are are always smilling and very approachable . i like that they allow me to charge my phone a bit while checking in so i can access my online banking for payment
no complimwntary toiletrees hehe i think thats also helpful for those traveler na kinda not prepared coz traveling fpr work
